He touched my nose directly several times and kept looking at it from various angles while carefully considering what shape and height would suit me. I was really impressed by how much attention he seemed to give to each individual patient.And the consultant here also kept assuring me that the director performs surgery safely and meticulously, and especially emphasized that he is good at creating the type of male nose that women like. (I have heard a lot that the masculine male nose that men like can actually look too strong, so women tend to be put off by it, especially the Arab-style look...)So in the end, I had rhinoplasty at Mighty Plastic Surgery Clinic at the end of January 2026. (For reference, the columellar support was built with autologous costal cartilage, and 2 mm silicone was placed in the nasal bridge.)I am satisfied with the surgical result. As the low nasal bridge between my eyebrows was raised slightly, my appearance became more masculine, and by slightly lowering the nasal tip, my short nose could also be improved. Also, people around me see the change but do not think I had surgery; they just mistake it for my features becoming more defined because I lost weight.
