Nose Surgery Reviews

After revision rhinoplasty, I found the nose height I wanted

About 6 years ago, I had rhinoplasty and lived without any major complaints, but as time passed, I felt like the nasal tip was spreading a little, and overall my nose seemed to look low... So I started wanting a nose that was a bit higher than before. I got revision rhinoplasty at DDI!! Since it was a revision surgery, I wanted to make sure the support was solid, so I chose autologous costal cartilage, and in the end, I think it was the right choice. Director Kim Tae-seop first explained the height that could be safely achieved based on the current condition of my nose, and I really liked the design he set within a reasonable range! After the major swelling went down, the nose height and line came out exactly how I wanted, and the bulbous-looking impression that made my nose look spread out improved a lot too. The columella was corrected as well, so the side profile looks much more refined, and it feels naturally prettier haha All the parts I had been disappointed with in my previous nose were addressed, so I’m happy~~
