I'm 2 weeks post-op :) After a week passed, the swelling all went down. Of course, there may be individual differences. I originally had dark circles, and before surgery, the doctor told me that my dark circles might not improve completely, so I don't think I was too bothered by it. When I ask people around me, they say I definitely don't look tired anymore! I really highly recommend it to anyone considering under-eye fat repositioning.
