The director seems intimidating at first, but once you talk with him, he is very gentle. There are many places that only shave down the brow bone, but if you need an osteotomy, having it done at K-Art is the answer. They said that if you only shave it down by burring, it can create an opening into the frontal sinus, and that an osteotomy is needed to reduce it reliably. The nurses are also very kind, and maybe because many people come from other countries, they all seem to speak each language well. The consultant also listens carefully and answers questions well. It hasn’t been long since I had it done, so there still seems to be some swelling, so I’m planning to watch the progress a little longer.
