Review of Lower Canthoplasty at Jena

My outer eye corners were very upturned, so I decided to get lower canthoplasty and went in for a consultation. Originally, I wanted to do it together with lateral canthoplasty, but they said there wasn’t enough space, so lateral canthoplasty wasn’t possible, but lower canthoplasty was. So I got lower canthoplasty! I think the swelling was pretty bad for about 1 week, and after about 2 weeks, the bruising around my eyes has improved a lot now. Since I kept looking in the mirror, I got used to these eyes and wondered if they had really been lowered a lot, but when I look at photos, I can definitely see the difference compared to before. People around me also say my eyes definitely look softer, so I think I’m glad I did it! I am a bit anxious that it might reattach, but I’m still satisfied. And the director is very kind🥹
