Writing an honest review after getting revision eye surgery at VN. My first surgery was 3 years ago, and I had the revision in early December 2025 with Director Kim Tae-hoon. I went for a consultation, and I liked that he checked everything one by one very carefully and it did not feel like a factory-style clinic. My eyes had previously had buried-suture double eyelid surgery + epicanthoplasty, but the line had dropped too much and I did not see much effect from the epicanthoplasty, so that was my concern. The director explained things while checking my eyelid condition, skin elasticity, and eye-opening strength, so it was easy to understand. He said revision surgery with a non-incisional method would be fine, but because my eye-opening strength was weak, he recommended doing ptosis correction together. At first, I had a pretty negative perception of ptosis correction and did not want to do it, but he said it was necessary and that it would be done non-incisionally, so I got it together.
What I like – the line changed to the thin semi-out line I wanted, the epicanthoplasty is not excessive, and overall my eyes now have a cat-like look What was disappointing – there is a wait every time I go, they do provide swelling laser treatment but I am not sure if it works, the director is kind but the other staff are only formally polite
Still, putting everything else aside, the eye shape itself has the look I wanted, so I am living satisfied with it.
