After getting nasolabial fold filler at ㅂㅇㅇ, one side looked more prominent, so I went back.* Before and after the procedure, I was told by text message + verbally that correction would be possible if I visited within 2 weeks. But when I came in, they told me correction would be difficult and that an additional retouch fee of about 210,000 won would apply. The procedure cost was in the 350,000 won range. When I requested a refund for the remaining package sessions, I was told they would deduct based on the regular price.
What they said during the consultation and the aftercare were different. I thought about fighting it to the end, but I didn’t want to waste unnecessary energy over a few tens of thousands of won, so I stopped.
