On the day of surgery, I ended up being one of the unlucky ones with severe pain After surgery, it hurt so much and I was really thirsty. The staff were extremely kind and helped me with every single thing!
*Note. They said pain levels differ depending on breast tissue quality and muscle differences. I tend to swell a lot, so my abdominal swelling was really severe. Time is the medicine. Walking is essential. Because of the pain, until day 3-4 I couldn’t lie down and get back up by myself.
Visited at the one-week mark. I did CAPS and the massage chair, and it felt like my hunched back was finally straightening out. Finally able to shower... CAPS care definitely seems to make a difference. The swelling is still bad, so I can’t wear the Dorothy-wa bra yet. Planning to extend the corrective bra for one more week.
