After my first nose surgery, my nose spread out sideways, the nasal tip was low too and my nose looked long, so my midface length looked really way too long. I was looking into clinics because I only planned to redo my nose, but then I saw review photos of philtrum reduction and really wanted to get it so badly, so I found a clinic that was also good at philtrum reduction and had the surgery haha When I went for the consultation, I found out quite a few celebrities had surgery here, but it was not noticeable at all, so I was like wow. And the consultation level with the consultant was no joke.. Honestly, I think the consultation with the consultant may have been even better than the consultation with the director hahaha They said the incision area would be inside the nose, so the scar would not be visible, so I had the surgery without worrying I had philtrum reduction, nasal tip surgery, and alar surgery together. Now when I look at my side profile, I look completely younger, and I am so satisfied with the front view too They said philtrum reduction makes you look younger, and I really felt that the midface is important It has been a little over 4 months now, and the scar is not visible at all. I am completely satisfied with the nose shape too. The midface length is also just right
