The director is warm and kind. I was debating which hospital to go to for simple silicone removal. My original hospital was cheap but in a distant province, and the famous hospitals for removal were booked up. Since simple silicone removal is supposedly a straightforward operation that any surgeon who does a lot of nose surgery can perform, I just went to a hospital with lots of rhinoplasty experience and had a consultation. It has only been one month since surgery, so I cannot say for sure yet, but there is no step-off and I still have ear cartilage left at the nasal tip, so I am satisfied. During the surgery
