When I first had nose surgery, I had silicone and septal cartilage used. But maybe because I made the nasal tip high, I could visibly see it drooping. Everyone said you shouldn’t use rib cartilage from the first surgery, so I used septal cartilage, but I really regret it This time, for revision surgery, I’m trying to use rib cartilage as much as possible, but I’m debating whether to use donated rib cartilage or autologous costal cartilage. A natural look isn’t my preference, and I want a vibe where the nasal bridge and tip are somewhat glamorous-but-natural, like at certain clinics. Would there be a big difference depending on whether I use donated rib cartilage or autologous costal cartilage?
