My forehead is really wide, so from the front I had this strong big-face, almost balding look, and when I had the consultation, the doctor said he would do his best to keep the scar as inconspicuous as possible, but a scar is something that can only happen, and I decided to accept all of that before doing it. After the surgery, it wasn't just a simple reduction of the forehead; he checked the proportions to fit my face and reduced it accordingly, so my face looks smaller now and the balding look is completely gone. The scar has also gradually faded over time, so it's not even noticeable. I really think forehead reduction is an amazing surgery.
