Other than that, I lived without any issues, and because the line was natural, it loosened after 4 years, so I had revision surgery with an incisional method. I really, really think only people with thin eyelid skin, whose double eyelid can be firmly fixed even with buried sutures and is unlikely to loosen, should do it here. Otherwise, I recommend doing it completely with an incisional method. They really create the line very well.
