Lifting Reviews

I got a pinching lifting procedure at a plastic surgery clinic

I’m in my early 40s. My concerns were hollowness under the eyes, nasolabial folds, sagging cheeks, and marionette lines beside the mouth. In photos, the wrinkles were more prominent on the left side than the right, so I also had some asymmetry. Until now, I had been managing it with lifting lasers like Ultherapy or Thermage. At first, the results seemed good, but gradually the effect became minimal, and I realized there was a limit to what lasers could do. So I started looking into a mini facelift. I’m still too young for a full facelift, and my main concern was sagging in the lower face rather than the forehead or eye area, so a mini facelift seemed exactly right for me. Since I live outside Seoul, I researched hospitals famous for mini facelifts a lot, narrowed it down to about three, made appointments, had consultations in person, and then decided. One reason I chose this clinic was that I liked the surgical method: minimal scalp incisions that are barely noticeable, wearing the compression band for only 24 hours, then being able to wash my hair, wash my face, and shower right away, and endoscopic dissection down to the SMAS layer to lift it firmly. I think the surgery took a little under two hours, and after surgery I went home by subway and train by myself wearing a hat and mask. It’s been a little over a month now, and I think I’ll look much prettier once only the remaining slight swelling goes down. The nasolabial folds and marionette lines that bothered me have improved a lot, so I’m satisfied. I highly recommend it to anyone with the same concerns as me.
