The hospital facilities are a bit lacking compared with other large hospitals, but they’re okay. Getting a reservation is very difficult. It’s not like factory-style hospitals where there is a wait; maybe because they only accept a fixed number of people during a set period, there was only one other person there. For the consultation, I didn’t go through a consultant manager and spoke directly with the director. The director drew eyes on paper while explaining, so it was easy to understand and follow. The director clearly said no to the parts that weren’t possible. I looked at my eyes and said what I wanted to improve, but they said the scar area absolutely could not be improved I also couldn’t get the line I wanted, and it seemed like the director focuses more on making even a slight improvement rather than purely on aesthetics.
