First of all, I liked that they explained things clearly regarding the surgery. There was no overtreatment, they explained things well, and they focused on explaining the parts related to the surgical method. It seemed like they were good at creating a natural-looking line. But the consultant manager who did the consultation spoke informally here and there, which bothered me a little. Of course, having a comfortable consultation is nice, but mixing in informal speech actually lowered my impression of them, so I didn’t like that. (This is purely personal.) Other than that, everything was good.
