Since my case mainly involved protruding orbital fat, I was told that fat repositioning was not necessary, and that they would selectively remove only the protruding fat. They said the tear trough hollowing was not severe, so touching it unnecessarily could actually make it look unnatural, and judged that simple removal would be more suitable. They said they would not remove a lot of fat all at once, but would conservatively refine it while checking the left-right balance. They emphasized that excessive removal could make hollowing or wrinkles stand out, so I think they are conscientious. I really liked that they explained things according to my case, and since they told me to visit other clinics too before deciding, I plan to think it over thoroughly.
