I had posterior-lower canthoplasty 5 years ago, and it was absolutely the worst. I had the surgery when the clinic was at ㄹㄹㄷ, and from the time I was doing online research, most of the reviews already said the doctor was rude and blunt. I don’t know what got into me, but because of the manager’s smooth talk and because I was tired from it being the final consultation, I paid the deposit and ended up having the surgery. I went to Seoul with my mom, so she was with me during the pre-op consultation, and because she was worried, she asked questions about things like dry eye syndrome. I remember the doctor answering incredibly rudely (I want to swear, but I’m holding back because the post might get taken down) and creating an atmosphere where we couldn’t ask any more questions.
If the surgery had at least turned out well, I would have thought, fine, maybe the doctor is that arrogant because they’re a master surgeon, but it was an absolute disaster.. On one side, I couldn’t even tell whether anything had been done, and on the other side, I don’t know what they did, but the flesh was pinched in, like it had been stapled or pinched with a fingernail. It was not rolled inward at all from lower canthoplasty overcorrection; it was at the area where the triangular zone is drawn, and the manager said plastic surgery isn’t magic, just wait, that kind of nonsense. I’m still curious whether that manager followed the director and is still at this clinic or not.
In the end, I traveled 9 hours round trip from the provinces to the clinic, and the manager said it would get better over time, so why did I come? The director looked at it and immediately said it needed to be released, that nonsense. In the middle of all that, maybe they thought the sedation anesthesia fee was a waste, so they did it under local anesthesia. I was so scared and in so much pain I thought I was going to die. The back side had been torn and hadn’t even healed, but they made another incision to remove the sutures, and all I got was scar tissue. It used to be ㅇㅇㄹ. Since the name overlapped with another clinic, they changed it to ㄹㄹㄷ, and maybe because the clinic interior was nice and they couldn’t afford the rent, or maybe because they ruined someone else’s surgery again, this time it has changed to ㅇㅅㅌㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
