It was good that the director explained in detail during the consultation, drawing pictures as they went, about how the surgery would be carried out, but the answers to what I asked were a bit vague, so I wondered, if even the doctor doesn’t know, who would? The staff also all looked tired, probably because so many people come and go, and I just felt it was just so-so ~~
