I’m deciding between PRM and SSY for surgery to remove nasal tip septal cartilage + ear cartilage. SSY’s direction was revision surgery that leaves the septal support strut in place, and the price was a bit cheaper, but there wasn’t separate aftercare. But when I look at their model noses, they’re similar to the natural beauty I’m aiming for. PRM’s direction was removal, but they said they would shape it with cartilage repositioning, and if needed, they could also make a support strut by reusing the septal cartilage. They seem to provide good aftercare, but since there aren’t any model photos, I can’t tell the director’s aesthetic senseㅠ And I’ve seen opinions in this community saying there’s a lot of viral marketing and that columellar scars remain, so I’m even more torn… I’m more drawn to PRM because of the aftercare, but there don’t seem to be many reviews, so I’m not sure… If anyone here has had surgery at one of these two hospitals, I’d be so, so grateful if you could share advice or a real review…ㅠㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
