3 weeks after removal

Before the removal surgery, I think I used to come into this community about 30 times a day, but after the removal, I end up not coming in for weeks at a time lololol It’s been about 3 weeks since the surgery now. When I first had the splint removed, my nasal bridge looked really wide, but now that major swelling has gone down a lot. There’s still a little pain when I lightly tap makeup onto my nasal tip and bridge And when I feel my skin pulling, my nose hurts a lot and feels uncomfortable!! Since I left the columellar strut in and had the surgery through an incision, the columella area feels a bit numb, and there’s some pain there too. Honestly, everything just hurts overall lolololol I don’t know if it’s just me, but compared with my first surgery, it feels like all these different kinds of pain are lasting longer. Still, the unnatural look and translucency at the nasal tip, which stressed me out the most before removal, are all gone, so I feel so, so relieved. I think I’ll feel even more at ease once the columella scar fades a bit lolololol From my point of view, my overall impression suddenly became softer and rounder, so I thought everyone would notice, but people don’t seem to notice as much as I expected?? I don’t know if they’re being sincere, but when I tell them I had the silicone removed, some people even say that I look better and that it suits me more now than when I had the operated-looking nose lol What do you all think? Anyway, I came in after a long time, so I’m leaving a review before I go~
