My nasal tip is slightly pressed down, so when I take photos from the side, I have a protruding mouth and a low nose, and I really hate taking pictures... People around me say my nose is fine and I don’t need to do it, and tell me to just get filler..... I also want to take photos and all.. but I hate that my face comes out looking so ugly, so I looked into nose surgery + functional rhinoplasty...

The consultation with the consultant ended quickly, so I thought the consultation with the director would be quick too, but they said the director was in surgery and asked me to wait a bit more, so I waited 40 minutes..... -> Director consultation: They said functional rhinoplasty wasn’t possible because the bent part was on the bone side, and they couldn’t shave down the bone...ㅠㅠ They looked at my face in detail during the consultation and explained in detail why donated costal cartilage was needed, how the surgery would be done, why silicone was needed, etc. -> Price was expensive... ranked 1st -> Interior was clean & consultant was kind & the restroom smelled nice lol -> No pressure to pay a deposit
ㅁㅎ - ㅇㅅㅎ -> Consultation fee 10,000 won + CT scan -> Waiting time: Maybe because it was a weekday, even though it was 2 o’clock there weren’t many people, and the consultant consultation and director consultation happened quickly -> Director consultation: They said functional rhinoplasty was possible (said they would work on the bone), They explained 2 surgical methods 1. With implant Nasal bridge: slightly shave the hump and place custom silicone on top / nasal tip: need to use donated costal cartilage and place ear cartilage on top of that (the reason for using donated costal cartilage was the same as at ㅈㅇㅌ) 2. With no implant, surgery on only the nasal tip is possible, but they said it would be bumpy. They said it may be so natural that I might not be satisfied..
-> The consultant was kind (the consultation was kind too, and she told me my right nostril is bigger, so after surgery the left side would probably look a little slimmer) -> They said aftercare is a service, so it may not be available.. -> The total price was the most expensive, but after various discounts and insurance coverage, it was the cheapest among the 3 places / There was a sli~ght recommendation to pay a deposit (100% cancellable if you don’t set a surgery date)
ㅇㅂㅅ - ㅅㅅㅈ -> Consultation fee 10,000 won + CT scan -> Waiting time: My consultation at another hospital ended early, so I went earlier than my appointment time lol but I got the consultation at the reserved time (if you go early, it seems you have to wait as much as you went early...ㅠ Everyone else, please go at your appointment time.. )
-> Director consultation: They said I probably didn’t necessarily need functional rhinoplasty. They showed me a case similar to mine while consulting me, asked me to tell them if I had any questions, and the consultation ended (compared with other hospitals, they told me everything at once, so the consultation ended in an instant..) / Like the other hospitals, they mentioned donated costal cartilage + silicone (Since all 3 places gave the same treatment result.. I think these are inevitably necessary....) After the director consultation, the consultant gave additional detailed explanations about the surgery lolololol I consulted with the consultant longer than with the director.. (both the director and consultant were honest) -> The only place that explained aftercare (I think the AS part is really good) -> Price was the second most expensive -> No pressure to pay a deposit
--> If I had to choose, I liked the director + consultant consultations at all 3 places, but I think I’ll have surgery at the 3rd place.. The director consultation ended the fastest, but I really liked the aftercare, and the director and consultant were very honest, so I liked it
