It’s been a year and a half since my first implant-free rhinoplasty using septal cartilage + ear cartilage! This isn’t promotion, and if you look at my old review, it’s a genuinely real review I recently went for a follow-up, and it came to mind while I was working, so I’m writing a review too. I’m really living well. I blow my nose hard, rub it, and I haven’t had even a trace of inflammation. First of all, since there’s no silicone, even though it’s a surgically enhanced nose, I really don’t worry about it! My rhinitis is severe, so if I’d put in silicone, I think I would’ve become a worry doll
Anyway, I think it turned out really natural and harmonious. I intentionally kept a slight dorsal hump, so it looks even less obvious. Since it’s septal cartilage, I can’t make a pig nose, but... if there’s something a little disappointing, it’s that after doing it I kind of want it just a bit higher, and other people’s glamorous silicone noses look pretty? I think it’s a bit of lingering desire for what I can’t have. But with my face, if I’d done that kind of nose, it would’ve 100% been a fail, so I’m living satisfied with how it is now The nose line is exactly a rounded nose itself. I really don’t think it would suit people who want a glamorous, pointy nose. The director’s aesthetic itself is a nose that is as naturally glamorous as possible, and I had looked through tons of before-and-after photos before going; they shape it nicely in that style, rounded and naturally glamorous
It doesn’t look like I had surgery, and for friends who like naturally glamorous noses, when I tell them I did it they get surprised and ask where I did it, so it turned out that natural and harmonious! People who don’t suit glamorous noses really won’t regret choosing this place. That’s all from one person who had surgery... Director and consultant, please make lots of money>< And both then and now, they never force surgeries that seem like they shouldn’t be done. Just seeing that the consultant is the same person from a year and a half ago makes me think it’s a good clinic. They don’t recommend this and that just to make money, and they assess very realistically whether something will be effective or not, or whether you shouldn’t do it! Even just going for a consultation won’t feel like a waste of money
