My previous nose had started to bother me again as time passed, especially the dorsal hump and the tip shape, so I booked consultations for revision surgery at a few places and went around. Dr. Choi explained very well, in structural terms, what condition my nose is in. He also realistically explained which options are possible depending on the condition of the existing cartilage and the skin thickness, so it did not feel excessive. The surgical direction we discussed was to reestablish the bridge and redesign the tip, and because he said the upturned-nose look I was worried about could be corrected, I felt a little reassured. I have not made my final decision yet, but the consultation itself was neat and not burdensome, so this will probably remain a place I felt was okay.
