It hasn’t been that long since my surgery; I had silicone and septal cartilage used, and I also had some correction done separately. I originally wanted to use costal cartilage, but the director there said septal cartilage would work, so I trusted that and went with it. If I’d known it would droop this quickly, I would’ve done it with costal cartilage somewhere else.. For a while after the surgery, I liked it because the aesthetic matched what I wanted, but now that it’s drooped, I’m crying at the thought of revision surgery, and my bank account is crying too lol If there’s a clinic that makes the nasal tip come out slightly rounded and soft with costal cartilage, please recommend one.. I’m looking at aesthetics along the lines of The Nan, Saegim, and places like that.
