When I arrived, they said they would take a CT scan right away. After the CT was done, I had a brief consultation with the manager. After that, I waited in the waiting room, but because the doctor was in surgery, I waited for more than an hour and a half. If I was going to have to wait that long, I wish they had adjusted the appointment time from the beginning. The director was kind and genuinely engaged in the consultation. When I said I did not want to use silicone, I was offered a surgical method in which costal cartilage would be harvested, crushed, and shaped into a silicone-like form to refine the nasal line. They said that if I was okay with silicone, the nasal bridge could be done with silicone and the other parts with septal cartilage. They said lowering the columella and creating the nasolabial angle could refine the side profile. I was told that because my forehead has little volume, if I want to create a defined nasal line, I would need fat grafting to the forehead. They said a discount would apply if forehead fat grafting was performed at the same time. The cost of the full nose surgery, including nasal line formation using costal cartilage, was definitely originally 900,000 won, and the event price until April was 750,000 won.

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 10 months after implant-free nasal tip surgery. Overcoming my bulbous nose complex

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Is rhinoplasty difficult if I want to keep my dorsal hump?
I want to correct my bulbous nose, so I went to consultations at a few places. They all said that if they put cartilage in the nasal tip and raise the tip, they would have to shave down the dorsal hump on the nasal bridge and place silicone

I’m a man, and my nose used to have a slight hump, but it wasn’t high and was small, so it didn’t have a masculine feel, and it didn’t really look handsome either. This time, I had surgery with Director Kim Ji-hoon at Ppeulli Plastic Surger
