They said surgery isn't possible if you've already had philtrum reduction, so I hope everyone knows before going It was a wasted trip I didn't even get to see the director's face once. I had philtrum reduction 6 years ago… They said they can't do it because of the risk of columellar necrosis…I've already had my nose done twice too I feel so unsettled Still, thanks to this, I'm glad I was able to realize that if you've had philtrum reduction, it can be risky when having nose surgery. I hadn't even thought of it at all… It would have been nice if I had known by phone in advance…. I waited for months, so it is a bit disappointing
