I got a consultation about removing silicone and repositioning the tip of the nose, and they suggested replacing the round cartilage at the tip with dermis from the buttock. I had never heard of that method before, so I could not ask any questions properly and booked another consultation The idea of removing the cartilage entirely and placing buttock dermis on top of the support structure left me wondering what happens to the tip of the nose once that dermis gets absorbed? I still do not really understand. If anyone has had surgery with this method, please explain The dermal absorption rate worries me a lot, so I am a little hesitant, but most of the reviews seem good, so it feels quite likely that I will end up going here.
