ㅋㅇㅍㄹㅅ ㄱㅅㅇ Diagnosis: My nose is not high to begin with. It only looks high because of the hump. Two surgical methods suggested 1. Shave the hump = the front view may look spread out (because the nose is not high) Osteotomy O 2. Keep the hump = a step-off may form, but it would really improve the complex Osteotomy X Fill the step-off with buttock dermis; if it absorbs, AS, otherwise filler Osteotomy can be decided after the surgery too

The skin around the hump area is thin and the lower area is thick A very complicated and firm nose, deviated With thick skin, I don’t need to worry about a step-off; the hump area is thin, so a step-off can form there For the deviated septum, they’d have to open it up and depending on the case, they may be able to correct it or may not be able to (it was medical, so I forgot) They said director ㄱㅈㅇ is good at difficult surgeries and surgeries with a lot to do
The surgical method they recommend is conservative, and I do want only to improve my complex, but..! Still, since I’m spending money, I want it to feel worth it, but I think it would really change only a tiny bit They said they are good at surgeries where there is little to do, so I passed. But they were really, really nice!!!!!!! At first, they made small talk, asking me what my dream is and what the world I see is like, and they analyzed my nose while touching it this way and that. The doctor themself really has experience and that can’t be ignored

ㅋㅂㅈ was seriously so smiley and kind I was walking around with bruising after getting lip filler, and they worried about me lol. They looked at my nose and correctly guessed that my septum was deviated and that I probably sleep with my mouth open Getting a consultation here before going to ㅋㅇㅍㄹㅅ helped a lot more They also showed me review photos, and they were natural. When they looked at my nose and said it reminded them of someone, then showed me, I thought they really remember all their patients. It felt like they genuinely care
