An acquaintance’s surgery turned out really well, so I also got revision rhinoplasty from the same director lol Honestly, it was a bit of a challenge, but when I had the consultation, I liked it so much that I could see why my acquaintance had it done here I think my first surgery was about 4 years ago but it kept drooping more and more, until the columella was drooping so much it was almost touching my philtrum?? At that point I really felt like I couldn’t leave it anymore It’s been about 2 weeks now since I had it done with autologous costal cartilage and it came out almost exactly close to the goal I expected? wanted, so I’m really proud It’s the result I was hoping for, and I think it came out somewhere between natural-glam and glamorous With the autologous costal cartilage, I had pain for about a week, but now I’m living my daily life with no issues at all The nasolabial angle changed completely, so my protruding-mouth look improved too,, I love it so much ♥
