I quit plastic surgery for a while, but I got bored and came back to write this lol 2 years ago, I had alar lowering because of my dragon nose, but it seems like it went back to how it was? Maybe it’s because I blow my nose often because of rhinitis and roll up tissues to put inside a lot I had surgery using ear cartilage, and the pointed part felt like it had become slightly smoother But I received before-and-after photos because of another surgery lol, and when I look only at the nose, there doesn’t seem to be much difference My 1.6 million what a waste I’m thinking about getting alar lifting, but my nose itself is crooked, so the nostril shape is crooked too, I don’t know I can’t even bring myself to have surgery again Revision nose surgery costs so much these days
