First of all, my nose is a big bulbous nose, and I have basically no nasal bridge, so it is a total nose problemㅜ
I did online research, narrowed it down, and carefully went to exactly 4 places for in-person consultations! Everyone here, please help me think through which one might be better.
1. ㅋㅇㅍㄹㅅ - ㄱㅈㅇ Estimate in the 5 million won range - bulbous nose, short nose, osteotomy, 4-5 mm silicone, and materials are donated costal cartilage + ear cartilage. (This director explained things in the most detail while looking at the CT! Also, he was very sweet, so I felt warmth(?) the whole time he was talking haha. He also somehow gave me confidence that he could make my nose look refined and glamorous! Based on consultation alone, this place is the best, but honestly the price came out much higher than I expected, so I am tornㅠ)
2. ㄹㅂㄹ - ㄱㅊㅇ Estimate in the high 4 million won range - bulbous nose, short nose, osteotomy is not needed, but they said I have a slight hump, so it needs to be smoothed, 6-7 mm silicone, and materials are donated costal cartilage + ear cartilage. (First of all, I hesitated when I heard 6-7 mm silicone.. I do not have a nasal bridge, but even so, I wonder if 6-7 mm is too much.. They did consult diligently, but when I asked something, it felt like they kept saying they would only know once they go into the operating room, so I am unsure..)
3. ㅈㅇㅌ - ㄱㅈㅅ Estimate 5-6 million won - bulbous nose, short nose, osteotomy does not seem particularly necessary, but they said they can do it if I want. They said they will decide on the silicone after seeing during nose surgery, and the materials are septal cartilage and ear cartilage, but donated costal cartilage will also be used if needed. So the price changes depending on donated costal cartilage and osteotomy.. (First of all, I wonder if it is right to go into the operating room without knowing whether donated costal cartilage will be used or even how many millimeters of silicone will be used.. Also, this was the only place that said septal cartilage and ear cartilage alone might be enough.. I am not sure if that is good or bad.. And it is not like the price is cheap either...)
4. ㄷㄷㅇ - ㅊㅅㅊ Estimate 3.5 million won - bulbous nose, short nose, they said osteotomy is not needed, and there is a slight hump, so they said they would smooth it. The material is donated costal cartilage, and they said they would use ear cartilage if needed. (As soon as he came in, he said I had too much filler in my nose and gave me a bit of a reality check that was not quite a reality check(?) lololol. But he definitely did not say it in an offensive way, and when he talked, he sounded very decisive and confident, so it made me trust him,, He said the silicone would have to be seen once inside, but he expects around 4-5 mm.)
First of all, this is my first nose surgery, and I was shocked because all of them except ㄷㄷㅇ were so expensive... The places I am wavering over most are ㅋㅇㅍㄹㅅ and ㄷㄷㅇ... What do you all think? ㅠㅠ
