I had an incisional double eyelid procedure, ptosis correction, fat removal, and medial/upper epicanthoplasty. When I had my consultation at Grida Plastic Surgery, I liked that they didn’t pressure me into anything unnecessary. Also, I didn’t bring any photos of the double eyelid look I wanted, but Director Kim Hyun-soo kept checking the line and performed the procedure very meticulously. I was a bit scared of the surgery, but it turned out to be less of a big deal than I expected! They did it really well so it didn’t hurt. The surgery took about 2 hours, and then I lay down on a bed with an ice pack for 30 minutes before going home. At first, I was surprised because there was so much swelling, but after using ice packs diligently and walking often, the swelling went down a lot. When I went back to the clinic 2 weeks later, the doctor was surprised and said a lot of the swelling had gone down! Now it’s been a month, and the swelling has gone down even more. I was really worried because the space between my eyes and eyebrows is narrow, but it turned out just right: natural, while the double eyelids still show, so my eyes look bigger.
