More than 10 years ago I had double eyelid surgery with buried stitches and also had an epicanthoplasty, but because the double eyelid had loosened a bit and especially because of my sleepy eyes, I went in thinking about ptosis correction. They tested my vision, astigmatism? and had me close and open my eyes many times while holding my forehead and setting the line, and the explanation was very professional! They said they were the original place for the two-line technique, and they had a huge amount of pride in the surgery. I had never even thought about fat repositioning, but they said the fat in the eyelid had gotten smaller and created a double crease, so fat repositioning was basically the main + eye shape
