Previously, I had rhinoplasty at another hospital with silicone + donated costal cartilage, and had alar reduction done at the same time. I also wanted bulbous nose correction, and because I was dissatisfied, I had revision rhinoplasty at Miho. I had surgery with Director Yoon Seok-ho using custom silicone FitMe Nose, and also had revision alar reduction and nasal wall reduction together. For the costal cartilage, I had already gone in thinking I wanted to use autologous costal cartilage for this revision surgery, so I had the surgery with autologous costal cartilage. Since it was revision rhinoplasty, I had a lot of worries, but I can really feel a lot of improvement from the front, so I’m satisfied~ Especially, I think the alar reduction turned out naturally well! Ah, it feels much cleaner-looking than before. There’s still some swelling, but the overall line looks pretty, so I’m looking forward to seeing how it will look once the swelling goes down hehe
