Since middle school, I had been stressed about my protruding dorsal hump and my blunt, wide nasal tip from the front, so I finally had surgery at a plastic surgery clinic!! The procedures I had were dermal implant for the nasal bridge + septal cartilage + donated costal cartilage + nasal bridge osteotomy + correction of a deviated nose and bulbous nose + nasolabial angle correction. Because I had heard various things here and there, I felt reluctant to use silicone, but I liked that the director here recommended placing a thin layer of dermis. During the consultation, I was surprised because more additional options kept being added, but since he clearly pointed out and explained why each one was needed, I understood and thought, “This isn’t overtreatment.” Maybe because of that, the surgery cost was...... yes, it was a bit much, but I paid thinking director’s skill = cost Looking at the result, I don’t feel it was a waste. The surgery had less swelling than I expected and wasn’t very uncomfortable. I had seen some reviews where even the eyes swelled up, so I was worried, but from the next day I was fine enough to just wear a beak-style mask and walk around! I was startled because I lost sensation in my nose, but it came back from around day 8. Dry mouth? My lips/mouth got so dry that I applied lip balm sooooo much, to the point that I placed lip balm along every route of my daily routine. For those getting surgery, I think it would be good to consider buying lip balm + toner pads + a sebum softener (essential after removing the splint). It has been about two months now, and in selfies it doesn’t really show, but in person the three-dimensional contour of my face is amazing. I honestly think it would be fine even if the swelling stopped going down from here. When I run my hand along my nasal bridge, it’s fascinating that there are no bumpy bones, so I keep touching it. Friends I meet are all surprised, saying even my overall vibe has changed. To me, I also feel like I somehow look more lively(?) Anyway, I can’t say this is the final result yet, but my satisfaction is high~~~ ++ Ah!!! Also, I got lip filler here too. I don’t know if you can see it in the photos, but I’m super satisfied with this too. Since the doctor seemed to mainly do surgery, I was a little worried, but he made it look completely natural. It’s obviously more expensive than a factory-style dermatology clinic, but the result is 100 times better. I’m touched
