Personally, I felt the atmosphere of the staff was a little overwhelming. They had a slightly strong(?) image, so it wasn’t a comfortable consultation atmosphere. The director seemed like someone who is good at surgery, and I did feel trust that they would design it to suit my face. However, during the consultation, I felt a slight distance in their way of speaking and attitude, so I thought people might have mixed preferences. Overall, I did have expectations for their skill and the results, but because of these two things—the staff atmosphere and the director’s attitude—I hesitated before making a final decision. The post-surgery care seemed good because it felt like they provided the best care among the places I visited for consultations.
