I went without designating a director, so the consultation fee was free. I had already had my first surgery with the buried-suture method, and I consulted because I wanted to raise the line and have ptosis correction. I was recommended to consult with Director Kim Ki-jae, and he was the kindest director among all the clinics I had visited. I liked that he measured with a ruler and explained it to me, and I liked that he explained my questions in detail. I really asked a lot of questions, but he answered kindly and warmly until the end, so I was very grateful..... I also liked that he listened to my needs and tried to reflect them. It truly felt like a customized consultation. From a patient's perspective, his detailed explanations made sense and eased my anxiety.
