The director has so much experience, and I remember how nicely he shaped the line. What stood out most was that he seemed to make reflecting the visitor's needs the top priority, which I liked! I asked all sorts of questions, and he was kind, and there was absolutely no feeling of being pressured into a procedure. I have consulted at many hospitals, but this one stood out because it was so systematic. I recommend the consultation.
