First surgery: silicone + septal extension Removal: left a bit of septal cartilage + removed the nasal tip cartilage binding When removing it, I should have just had absolutely everything removed, but the doctor kept persuading me up until right before I got on the operating table, saying, “How about leaving a bit of the septal cartilage?” I gave in to that, and I think that’s how I ended up like this Even now, I still don’t like anything at all, including the sharp nasal tip and the | | shaped nostrils + triangular nostrils + asymmetry, so I’m planning to have everything completely removed again. My original nose had a drooping nasal tip + moderately round nostrils. At ㅍㄹㅁ, they said the nostril shape probably wouldn’t change much.. So I’m thinking about ㅅㅇ.. I’m really so frustrated.
