I had 14-year-old silicone removed + complete removal of ear cartilage from the nasal tip + an auricular perichondrium graft, and it’s been about 14 days now, so I’m leaving a photo review! I originally had a hump nose, and although there’s still some swelling left, since my nose had been rasped down several times, it does look a bit wide when viewed from the front. There’s still some bruising and swelling left. After taking out the silicone, some contour irregularity did appear, but I’m still satisfied with this much. Since I had everything removed, once it settles into place well, I won’t have to worry about side effects after that, right??!! I think the swelling around the nasal ala will go down more, and I hope the current shape is maintained to some extent, but I’m not sure how much more it will go down. (For more detailed nose-related info, please refer to my previous post!) I can’t leave private comments, so I’m a bit hesitant to openly disclose the hospital here. If you ask whether it’s a certain place, I’ll only answer yes/no. I kept sending information by message, so now I have no points (It’s not one of the “top three”; it’s a hospital near Sinnonhyeon Station that gets mentioned a lot in this community.)
