Thin-skinned nose, 2 weeks after removal

Before surgery, I worried and thought about it a lot, but somehow 2 weeks have already passed. I feel relieved, like I removed a ticking time bomb, but I still feel anxious. Looking in the mirror, I keep wondering: is it an inverted V? Is there a step-off? Is the columella crooked? and so on. All this time, it looked like my columella was crooked, so I was really distressed, but right now there are no other issues, and the sensation around the philtrum area feels strange. Since the day before removing the splint, it has felt like something is pressing on my philtrum, like a compressive feeling. It was my first time experiencing this, so I was worried, but they say it comes back with time, so I’m trying to let it go a bit. My nasal bones beside the nose were originally on the wide side, and maybe because they were shaved during revision surgery, it looks even lower than my natural nose. From the side, it also feels a bit uneven. But I think that part is not a problem, and I just hope there are no side effects that appear over time, like contracture, a step-off, or collapse. Before surgery, while looking up a lot in this community, blogs, YouTube, and so on, and now that I’ve experienced removal myself, I feel like recovery and results are better when the surgical history is short and not much time has passed, the skin condition is good, and the person is younger, and when it is a simpler surgery (I think the best case is when only silicone was placed on the nasal bridge). The best would be having a pretty natural nose in the first place, of course. Right now, I like the lower nasal bridge, and I also like the rounder nasal tip. But I still have bruising, and because my skin is thin, I’ll have to wait and see how things will show as the swelling goes down. And now I understand what people mean by a “third nose”: surgical nose + natural nose. From the front it looks like my natural nose, but from the side, the nasal tip is upright like a surgical nose. Since my nasal bridge is low, I hope the tip also lowers in a balanced way. When I look at YouTuber Jihye Sarang’s natural nose, it is very low, but when she styles herself well, her face looks attractive. I just hope only the volume goes down from now on, and that there are no problems until the day I die. I have to be careful with everything for at least a month, so I need to preserve it well. I hope my post helps. For hospital recommendations, I think I still need to watch things longer. I’m being cautious, and I still have days when I feel distressed too, so I’m sorry I can’t talk about it yet. Whether it’s good or bad, I think I’ll be able to talk about it after some time passes.
