I’m thinking about removing everything from my nose..

Before surgery, I had a really severe bulbous nose. After surgery, the bulbous tip was corrected well from the front, but the side profile of my nose is higher than I expected. The nose itself isn’t bad, but it feels like it doesn’t suit my face. After getting nose surgery, there are more uncomfortable things than I expected, and above all, I’m worried about contracture. I keep paying so much attention to my nose that it’s stressing me out. If I want to have everything removed from my nose, I’d probably have to show my pre-op photos, right? I feel like the doctor might laugh at my natural nose… Like, “It used to look like this, and you want to go back to your original nose?” I know my nose before surgery was really unattractive too, but I just want to live comfortably without paying attention to my nose, so I want to have everything removed. Honestly, if my current nose were really pretty, I might just live with it, but it’s not pretty enough to put up with all this discomfort.. It has improved a lot compared with before, but it feels like it improved in a way that makes it obvious I had plastic surgery. Wouldn’t it be better to go back to a naturally looking “mess” instead? That’s how I feel…. It’s uncomfortable to breathe through my left nostril, so I’m thinking maybe I should just remove everything while fixing that… Does everyone think that’s strange? And if anyone has had complete nose implant/cartilage removal, could you share your review and any side effects? If I remove everything from my nose, can I really stop worrying about my nose and live comfortably? Oh, and can it be corrected after removing both the silicone and septal cartilage so that it either returns completely to my natural nose or looks a little better than my natural nose? I’d also be grateful if people who regretted complete nose removal could leave comments.. Thanks for reading this long post
