My nasal tip was a thick, bulbous nose, so I was barely getting by with filler and threads, but it eventually ended with surgery.. lol After thread lifting, I saw the step-off that formed and really thought surgery was the only answer;; People say the closed approach makes it hard to secure the field of view? so it’s difficult to shape it exactly the way you want... I heard that too and was a bit worried, but nope. When I went for the consultation, the director clearly pointed out which parts of my nose could be improved with a closed approach and which parts would be difficult, so I trusted them right away. The result? I really got exactly the line I wanted!! haha And the best part seems to be the recovery speed. I returned completely to daily life in just one week, and I can wear makeup too! There’s no pain either, so I already sometimes forget I had surgery lol The clinic was really big and there were quite a lot of people, so I was worried whether the aftercare would be okay, but by my standards, I think they take pretty good care of you even after surgery. When I go in for follow-ups, the director checks everything very thoroughly. If you’re considering a closed approach, I think even just getting an Angel Nose consultation would be fine. They take a CT scan too, and it helps to check whether there are any structural issues.. Anyway, I’m super satisfied with Angel Nose~
