I don’t know when it happened, but I had revision surgery because of the uneven step at the nasal tip that was visible from the front I wasn’t thinking about increasing the height, and focused on improving the shape of the area where the step was I wondered how much of a difference it would make, and there really is a difference... I like a glamorous look too, but something extremely glamorous isn’t really my thing I deliberately chose this place and went, and it roughly matches the look I was aiming for You can tell if you get a consultation with the director, since you can preview the design in advance It feels like it resembles the designed look quite a lot
