Review of autologous costal cartilage for the nasal tip at Mighty Plastic Surgery It’s already been 6 months. I haven’t had anything like side effects so far, and because I only had the nasal tip done, the change wasn’t extremely dramatic, but my shortcomings were definitely improved. It looks natural. In the very beginning, I did want to be a bit more ambitious, but I think the director made it pretty while staying within a reasonable limit. Even acquaintances I saw after a long time didn’t really notice and just recognized it as me looking prettier. I recommend it to people who prefer a natural look.
