I don’t think I had a lot of fat on my face overall, but I had especially a lot of fat under my chin haha. From the side, my jawline was practically nonexistent, so my face looked even bigger. When I went for a consultation at a plastic surgery clinic and listened to the doctor, they said that I tend to have fat concentrated under my chin, and that as I get older, the jawline naturally starts to sag, so I may have been feeling that more lately I got a double-chin V-lifting procedure, and they said they would remove the fat under my chin and use thread lifting to hold up the sagging area, so the results should last longer too haha. My facial features are the same, but now that I have a jawline, I feel younger, and my face looks much smaller. I didn’t have much bruising or swelling, so I put on makeup and went to work right from the next day haha
