The hospital was overall clean, and the waiting area was not cluttered and was comfortable. I waited about 10 minutes while drinking coffee! From reception to consultation, the front desk staff and the director were appropriately kind. The doctor looked at my whole face and immediately caught the area I was worried about, and instead of pushing me toward an exaggerated direction, he talked about improving things naturally, which gave me trust!!
