Has anyone here had old silicone (over 20 years) removed? L-shaped silicone. There was no nasal tip manipulation, but since it has been in for so long... there is a bit of calcification too... I’m worried because they said that if it’s removed, the nasal bridge and nasal tip may be quite depressed... I’m curious how it was removed and reconstructed...
