Male double-eyelid revision revision surgery / Epicanthoplasty + upper canthoplasty (diagonal canthoplasty) review

12 years ago, I had my first surgery with the buried-suture method 8 years ago, I had revision surgery with an incisional method I wanted surgery because of uneven lines + a scar near the inner corner of my eye from the incisional surgery + eyes that looked swollen The side where the line was high was lowered, and the side where it was low was raised slightly I had looked at a lot of reviews before going, so I trusted the director’s aesthetic sense I asked for it to be absolutely! natural and innocent-looking (My original eye shape felt like a ㄷ-shape to me, so I asked for a rounder look) For the epicanthoplasty + upper canthoplasty (diagonal canthoplasty), the director suggested opening it by 1.5 mm but I’m not sure whether that means 1.5 mm total for both sides or 1.5 mm each haha On the day of surgery, they checked the design very meticulously, which was really nice As you can tell from the reviews, the director doesn’t recommend unnecessary things and just says what needs to be said lol People who want warm small talk might feel the director is cold, but I actually liked that! My skin doesn’t heal well, so I was really worried about scars, but there is no scar at all from this surgery! (diagonal canthoplasty scar) The existing scar at the inner corner of my eye didn’t disappear 100% and is still there, but compared to before, I think it improved by about 60%, so I’m satisfied even with this The suture scar was really quite large... Now I’m going to look for ways to treat it without surgery There’s also none of the change in impression I was worried about! (It opened up in a good way) The heavy-looking eye shape disappeared too, and people I know even told me it looks more natural now Anyway, I’m extremely satisfied!
